Champion!!

A great weekend at the Welsh Championships on Sunday with over 900 competitors taking park. I was taking part in the Executive Blackbelt Heavyweight Sparring division and became the 2017 Welsh Champion. This was one better than the Silver I won at last years event and an upgrade on the bronze in the English last year.
